We loved the free city bikes, which allowed us to explore the area and enjoy a fun round of mini golf. The live music in the beer garden added a lovely ambiance to our evenings.

The location provides stunning mountain views.
Our check-in experience was disappointing. The receptionist seemed overwhelmed and did not give any information about the hotel facilities. Additionally, the dining staff struggled with language barriers, and the service felt rushed, with meals being served in an uncomfortable timeframe.

Incredible, Incredible, Incredible
I had the best six nights in a Double Room Mountain View where the scenery was absolutely breathtaking! The new spa was a total game-changer, offering relaxation after a long day of hiking, and trust me, those massages left me feeling like a whole new person. Plus, the daily omelet station at breakfast made my mornings feel extra special—who can resist a made-to-order culinary delight?

The Neuhaus Zillertal Resort provided an excellent stay for my business trip. The spacious Deluxe Double Room offered ample wardrobe space and was impeccably clean. The staff were notably efficient, especially when setting up my presentation equipment. The on-site amenities, including a relaxing spa and well-maintained gym, provided a great way to unwind after work hours.
Dinner service was occasionally slow during peak hours.

I loved the upgraded loft room by the lake. It had a personal sauna and modern amenities that were stunning. The breakfast had a fantastic variety, and dinner was superb every night. The location by the lake is great for relaxation and enjoying the views. However, the hotel is enormous, making it a bit overwhelming, especially during breakfast. Queuing for coffee and food was frustrating. Also, we had to walk through a tunnel to access the main facilities, which took a few extra minutes. Staff interactions were hit or miss. some were friendly while others seemed busy and indifferent. Overall, I enjoyed the stay but wish the service during peak hours could improve. The dining experience could benefit from a more organized approach, especially during busy times.

Great location near the train station. Room decor is a bit dated. E-bike rentals made exploring easy. Breakfast queues can get long.

We stayed in a Classic Room for 7 nights. The bed was really comfy, which made for good sleep after a long day. Our room was pretty small though, and while the bathroom was nice, the lack of tea/coffee facilities felt a bit off. Also, the heating wasn’t super reliable. it was only on for a few hours a day, which wasn’t great with wet gear from skiing. It was nice to have a balcony, but it wasn’t super clean when we got there. Overall, it had its ups and downs.

ideal for our family's ski holiday. Our spacious Deluxe Double Room had a cozy atmosphere, but we experienced some delays in dinner service during peak hours. Nonetheless, the overall vibe and facilities made up for any minor inconveniences.

We absolutely loved our stay! The breakfast was amazing with a huge selection, and the gourmet dinners were fantastic. The room was spacious, but one thing to note is the pool area looked larger in photos than it actually is. Would definitely come again!
